Smiling man in a gray suit and blue tie with city skyline background.

Kenneth D. Chandler is a proud Detroit native, devoted father, mentor and passionate advocate for intentional fatherhood. Having grown up without a father himself, Ken understands firsthand the importance of guidance, presence and emotional support in a child’s life. Driven by a desire to break generational cycles and strengthen families, Ken founded For My Brothers with Daughters to help fathers and father figures become more present, intentional and emotionally equipped to support their daughters in today’s world.

With studies in human behavior and years of lived experience, mentorship, leadership development and community engagement, Ken has dedicated himself to creating safe spaces where fathers can heal, grow and strengthen their relationships with their children. As a certified facilitator in nationally recognized fatherhood programs through the National Fatherhood Initiative, Ken is committed to equipping men with practical tools to build stronger families and healthier communities.

Above every title and accomplishment, the role Ken values most is being “Dad” to his daughters, Skylar and Sevyn—the very inspiration behind his mission.
